The Welsh Indoor Rowing Championships

Saturday December 3rd is the first of 3 major indoor rowing events over the next few weeks.

The distance is 2000m. Power, strength and muscular endurance are all required in order to get you through.

After completing 2 marathons in 2 weeks last year I decided to dedicate the next year to building myself back up in terms of weight, muscle and power and try to improve on my performance in 2008’s British Indoor Rowing Championship.
